Perhaps you’ll be in the flock destined for @birdlandjazz on May 12th for the next performance of “Falling” — while I I ready the music, I also get excited to play a venue like this one that combines such presentational polish with a warm welcome and excellent hospitality. I worked in fine dining for so long, and it’s important to me that you’re taken care of in every way from getting your cocktail to hearing the cello solo. 💕Artist and venue are collaborators in creating an experience, I believe.

The Monday after Joe’s Pub @tedrnash and I did a different kind of show — the @bowlerwine portfolio tasting— the first one in two years, pouring @twonoteswine.
Picture a giant room filled with the most delicious wine and the most fascinating producers, and then people tasting all over: what an overwhelming blessing after these last two years when no such thing was possible.
Not seen: my inadept attempts to drink cider out of a porró during the afterparty…Ya gotta be in the biz to witness that particular display 😅
Love to the best neighbors I could have had all day: the delicious and astonishingly above par single vineyard wines in a can of @sanswineco, the extraordinary legacy of @mountedenvineyards , the classic elegance of @whiterockvineyards , and the inventive delight and virtuosity out of @jolielaidewines . 🍾🍷🎶❤️
